Core is free and is the whole app. Everything else is an add-on you turn on when you want it, priced per company, not per user.
What each plan adds
- Core (free): booking, scheduling, jobs, quotes, invoicing, card and bank payments, recurring billing, the client portal, team chat, clock in and out, and 10,000 Atlas tokens a month, for 2 users. Each extra user is $10/month.
- Voice ($25/month, plus a one-time $25 number setup): your business phone number, with calls in the app, voicemail, texting from the number, and Atlas call notes. 500 texts and 500 minutes a month are included. See Get your business phone number.
- Pro ($89/month): unlimited users, estimate tools, Route Manager, automations, agreements, the team map, timesheets, QuickBooks sync, and Atlas Full (150,000 Atlas tokens a month).
- Max ($99/month): Voice and Pro together, for less than both.
- Gallery ($29/month, coming soon): job photos stamped with who, when and where, before-and-after pairs, client galleries and photo reports. It joins Max at no extra charge for anyone already on it.
- Atlas Full on its own ($20/month): 150,000 Atlas tokens a month, if Atlas is the only extra you want. See Atlas tokens and limits.
How to add one
- Voice: the account owner presses Subscribe in Settings → Phone & texting. Billing runs through Livery, our payments partner.
- Pro, Max and Atlas Full: Call or email us and we switch it on for you. Call (833) 495-0229 or email [email protected].
- Paying yearly costs 10 months' price for 12 months (two months free).
Processing fees
When a client pays you through WorkBench: 2.9% + 30¢ per card payment and 0.75% + 30¢ per bank payment. No monthly fees or minimums. Full details are on the pricing page.
