- Go to Settings → Booking & forms.
- Add what customers can book or ask for. Under Book a time: a Phone call, Video call, Visit (like a "Free estimate") or Service from your price book. Under Just ask: a Message form.
- For each item choose Customer picks a time or They ask, you follow up, and Confirm instantly or Hold for approval.
- Optional: take a deposit or full payment at booking.
- Press Copy link to share your booking page, or Embed on your website for code to paste into your site.
Customers can book from 4 hours out to 30 days ahead by default. Change that under Scheduling rules, where your business hours live too. Times you're busy every week inside those hours (lunch, a standing appointment, Fridays off) go under Repeating blocks: booking forms show them as taken, and they sit on the Schedule as blocked time.
Each item's Questions card decides what the form asks. The address question can be worded your way (its label and the example text in the box); on a scheduled visit or service it's asked on its own step, since open times depend on it.
The page ends with your Privacy and Text terms links. Under Look, Show business details at the bottom of the page adds your short description, address, phone and email in small print. While a texting registration is under review and you gave no website of your own, that switch is on by itself, because carriers read the page as your website; it turns off again when texting is approved.
When someone books, they get a confirmation email with a calendar file, and a confirmation text as well once texting is on (if they ticked the text-message box, or are already a client who takes texts). Reschedules and cancellations send the same way, and reminders follow before the appointment.
